stitchable inspiral 

This was prompted by a discussion of the Stitchability of Euler Spirals, aka the classic LOGO inspiral, with @wagongrrl and the other Tea&Stitch folk.

This just lifts the pen when the tutle enters the super compact "fill" stage of the spiral, and the puts it back down when the (turn)mod360 enters the "escape velocity" ranges.
