Really like the idea of getting this symbol drawn. Please let me mention that hint. For getting the line drawn thicker in embroidery don't use the pen size command. Just use regular pen size of "1" because the thread is always the same thin line. Use the "zigzag density 3 width 10 center" command instead. Best, Andrea
